Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligible Countries
Currently, we only accept returns and exchanges from customers within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as well as exchanges for new items.
Product Condition
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
Return/Exchange Window
You must request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return
Returns and exchanges are processed by mail only. A prepaid return label is included in your package for your convenience—no additional shipping cost to you.
Restocking Fee
A $8 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returned items (this does not apply to exchanges or defective items).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
