Shipping Policy

Every garment is handmade and departs from PA. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Domestic (U.S.): Flat rate of $8. Standard delivery is 7-14 business days after dispatch.

• International: Flat rate of $17 worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and customs. Commonly, delivery is 14-30 business days after dispatch.

• A tracking number is provided with each shipment.

Your order travels with care — sealed, protected, and sent with intention.

Return & Refund Policy

If your piece is not the right fit, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• To request a return, contact us at gianni@giannilauren.com with your order number.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection of the garment.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
