Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order is received. To initiate a return, contact gianni@giannilauren.com to request a return label. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage, stains, or odors. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Return shipping fees may apply.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Basics is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. Any shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
